Enter your postcode at checkout and the right fee appears automatically. If your address is outside these areas you will not see a delivery option — send us a message and we will tell you honestly whether we can get to you.
Your delivery day
Each area has its own delivery day. Enter your postcode at checkout and you will see the day your area is served and the cut-off to make that run — before you pay, not after.
Order before the cut-off and your plants go out on that run. Order after it and they go on the next one.
Why some areas have a minimum order
The Hills, the outer south and the run up past Gawler are long drives. A minimum order on those areas is what lets us keep serving them properly rather than turning them down. Everywhere inside metro Adelaide has no minimum — order one plant if that is what you need.
On the day
You do not need to be home. Tell us at checkout where to leave them — there is a delivery instructions box — and we will put them somewhere sensible and out of the wind. If you would rather be there, say so and we will work something out.
Plants travel better than people expect, but they have just had a ride in a van. Water them the day they arrive, even if you are not planting straight away.
If something arrives damaged
Send us a photo the same day and we will replace it or refund it. Plants get knocked about occasionally — that is the nature of moving something living — and it is on us to make it right, not on you to prove it.
