Who we are

This store is operated by Nautix Australia Pty Ltd, ABN 83 638 565 787, trading as Adelaide Nursery, based in Adelaide's north-eastern suburbs.

By placing an order you agree to these terms, our shipping policy, our refund policy and our privacy policy.

Prices

All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST. A tax invoice is issued with every order. We may change prices at any time, but never after you have placed an order — what you were charged at checkout is what you pay.

Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we confirm it. If we cannot supply something you have ordered we will contact you before your delivery day and offer a swap, a later delivery, or a refund for that item.

We may cancel an order and refund you in full if an item was listed at an obviously incorrect price, if we cannot verify the delivery address, or if the address is outside the zones we serve.

Plant sizes and appearance

We grow living stock, so the plant you receive will not be identical to the photograph. Heights, spreads and pot sizes given on a listing are the size at the time of supply and vary naturally between individual plants.

Mature sizes, spacings and growth rates on our listings are guidance based on how these plants perform in Adelaide conditions. They are not a guarantee of how a particular plant will grow in a particular garden.

Planting and spacing

Spacing ranges and planting information on our listings are general information offered in good faith. They are not a professional horticultural, arboricultural or landscaping assessment of your site.

You are responsible for checking, before you plant, that your chosen position is suitable — including proximity to boundaries, footings, paving, pipes, septic systems, easements and overhead lines, and any requirement of your council or body corporate. If you are unsure, get advice from a qualified arborist or landscaper before planting.

Your information

You are responsible for the accuracy of the delivery address and contact details you give us. We use them to deliver your order and to reach you about it. See our privacy policy for how we handle your information.

Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any guarantee, right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law. To the extent the law allows, our liability for any claim relating to a plant we supply is limited to replacing it or refunding what you paid for it.
